About Heather

Many years ago, I led an initiative that I felt completely unqualified for. It was tempting to quit — but I am glad I didn't and saw the journey through. Since then, I have worked with judges, King's Counsel, and senior leaders across companies and organisations like HSBC, Netflix, UNICEF, AstraZeneca, JLR, Heineken and PwC, as well as founders of businesses including social enterprises, as well as charities and other purpose-led initiatives.I have coached and mentored people from early stage to C-suite, navigating changes at each level.

My career has spanned international development, law, innovation consulting, and executive coaching. As an accredited Executive Coach and Mentor, I have helped hundreds of people working across Europe, Africa, Oceania, Asia and the Americas to lead themselves, lead within organisations, while founding initiatives and/or  transitioning between these worlds.

I coach on leadership development including influence, communication, executive presence, vision and execution, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, team building, career transitions, wellbeing, self leadership, strategic thinking and innovation and purpose-led impact — drawing on techniques that shift mindsets and build lasting impact.
